These terms govern your use of opulentrelics.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by Opulent Relics LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to place an order.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Product descriptions

Each product page states the metal and its karat or fineness, the stone type, and the carat weight. Diamonds are always identified as natural or laboratory-grown. Some pieces have a rhodium finish, a plating that can wear over time.

We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and natural materials vary. Images of made-to-order pieces show a representative example of the design.

Grading reports

Every made-to-order diamond piece ships with an IGI jewelry report. Other pieces include a grading report only when the product page says so. A grading report is the professional opinion of the laboratory that issued it.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order pieces are crafted after you order, within the production window shown at purchase. Cancellation and return terms for these pieces are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. All pieces are subject to availability, and many are held in very small numbers.

Errors

Occasionally a price, description, or availability may be published in error. If an order is affected by a material error, we may cancel it before dispatch and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.

Orders and payment

Your order confirmation means we received your order. A sale is complete when we dispatch it. Payments are handled by the providers shown at checkout, and we never store your full card details.

Order verification and fraud

We may verify billing or identity details before dispatch, and we may cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Opulent Relics name, logo, photography, and written content belong to us and may not be used commercially without our written permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or harvest data, or misrepresent your identity.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and communication. Those services are governed by their own terms and by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't legally be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Opulent Relics LLC against claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed it.
